Can I really run it from my phone?
Yes. The board is built to be driven from a phone, and the back-office agent lets you move and update jobs from chat. You can manage the whole pipeline without sitting at a desk.
Who can see the profit figures?
Only you. The per-job profit and loss is private and is never shown to clients or put on any document that leaves your business. It exists so you can see which jobs are worth taking.
How do jobs get onto the board in the first place?
Jobs created by the AI receptionist appear on the board automatically with the caller details and the work needed. You can also add jobs yourself, so nothing has to come through the phone first.
Can I manage subcontractors through it?
Yes. You can attach subcontractors to a job and keep their costs against that job, which feeds into the private profit figure. It works whether you are a sole trader who occasionally subs out or a small team.
What does it cost?
