No. You get a brand-new AI business number. Your personal number stays private. Customers call the AI number, and you get notified when a job is booked.
What trades does this work for?
All trades. Plumbers, electricians, gas engineers, builders, roofers, locksmiths, decorators, handymen — if customers call you for work, our AI can handle it.
Does it connect to my accounting software?
Yes. When you mark a job as invoiced, it syncs directly to Xero as a sales invoice with full line items and customer details. Payment status updates flow back automatically. No manual data entry, no chasing your accountant.
Can I track my profit on each job?
Yes. Every job has a private P&L section where you log material costs, labour hours, and parts. The system calculates your gross profit and margin automatically. This data is completely private — your PM clients and property managers never see it.
Can I add jobs that don't come through the AI?
Absolutely. The + New Job button lets you create any job manually — direct customers, word-of-mouth referrals, anything. It appears on the same board as your PM-dispatched work, so everything lives in one place.
Can I customise what the AI says?
Absolutely. During setup we configure your AI with your trade, your rates, your working hours, your service area, and how you like to speak to customers. It sounds like a professional receptionist who knows your business inside out.
How quickly is it set up?
Voice and SMS are live the same day. WhatsApp requires Meta business verification, which typically takes 3–7 working days — we handle the entire process for you, you don't need to do anything.
What happens when my trial ends?
We'll remind you a week before your trial ends. If you choose not to continue, your settings and job history are saved — pick up right where you left off whenever you're ready. No charges, no surprise bills.
How does emergency detection work?
The AI is trained to recognise emergencies like gas leaks, burst pipes, and electrical faults. When it detects one, it flags the job as urgent and sends you an immediate notification — even outside your normal hours.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is hosted in the UK and we are fully GDPR compliant. Your customer data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and is never shared with third parties.
What if a customer asks something the AI can't handle?
The AI takes a message and notifies you immediately. It never makes up answers or commitments it can't keep. For urgent situations, it escalates directly to your phone.
